Call for Meetings and Activities
Proposals Due August 15 | Organizers Notified by September 15
Meetings
We invite your agency, organization, group, or committee to hold an attached meeting in conjunction with the conference.
The number of meetings will be limited by room availability, so please submit your proposal early.
Organizers and participants must be registered for the conference. Organizers will be responsible for inviting and communicating with their participants. Additional costs for food and beverage service and audio-visual equipment will be the responsibility of the meeting organizer.
Activities
In an effort to create a fun and inclusive event, we are inviting attendees to suggest and organize a social or networking activity! Some examples are included below. We will help with logistics, sharing the info with attendees, and sign-up if needed.
- Dinner gathering for attendees interested in a specific topic or to bring together an affinity group
- Morning walks, running, or yoga
- Evening get-togethers for music, film viewing, or socializing
- Family activities for those bringing children
- Your creative ideas!
