Call for Proposals

• May 15: Proposals Due for Special Sessions, Workshops, and Fire Circles
  • Organizers notified by June 20
• July 30: Proposals Due for Oral Presentations
  • Presenters notified by August 20
• September 10: Proposals Due for Poster Presentations
  • Presenters notified by September 30

Registration

• July 10 – September 10: Early Registration
• September 11 – October 18: Regular Registration
• October 19: Late Registration
• Refunds
  
  • Registrations can be transferred to another person at anytime. 
  • For cancelations made by October 18, registration fees will be refunded to the original form of payment minus a $50 processing fee.
  • After October 18 refunds are not issued for registration, field trips, workshops, or any other fees.
